Since 2001, Jolt has offered high-quality training for individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing a space for participants to explore movement, self-expression, and connection. Through community outreach, Jolt fosters creativity and inclusivity.
With their Move Tutor training scheme, Jolt empowers dancers by training them as tutors in paid roles, incorporating their unique ideas, engagement methods, and imaginative approaches into their teaching.
Jolt has been a pioneer of innovative, inclusive dance practices, challenging mainstream perspectives on dance, disability, and diversity by exploring movements and connections that are truly one-of-a-kind.
